The Land of Iron probably falls just outside the Earth Country or whatever it's called. If it's not the country between the Lands of Fire and Wind, then it is probably one or the other next to the Land of Rain. It could be the one between the Waterfall and Sound, but that's unlikely since the Sand were the first to arrive.
