This farm is great for obtaining upgrade materials in general , not just Twinkling Titanite. Bring a lightning weapon or miracles to make the dragons easier to kill. Increase your item discovery as much as possible before doing this. You can either farm the lone Archdrake under the first bonfire or farm the enemies at later bonfires.
It's up to you. When you've cleared the area of enemies, head back to the bonfire and reset the zone. Rinse and repeat. Archdrakes and priestesses both have a fairly high drop chance, so this farm shouldn't take up too much of your time. Finally, if you have a ton of Bonfire Ascetics to burn, you won't find a better farm than Shulva's hidden chest. Travel to the Tower of Prayer bonfire. Make your way to the Dragon's Sanctum area, running past the two spear-wielding enemies that guard the bridge.
You want to navigate to the hidden room with three Twinkling Titanites in a chest. Look for a panel on one of the walls you can shoot to reveal the hidden area. If you find a set of stairs rigged with spike tracks, you're in the right place. Make sure you have a homeward bound or aged feather, or use your darksign if you have little or no souls. Once your back at the Shades Ruins bonfire, make sure to have a Bonfire Ascetic.
Just remember, that jump IS possible, but may be hard for some. I did it fourth try, so it's doable. Take note of my date of commentary to know the latest version is suitable for it. Just make sure you've killed the area's boss and lit the bonfire at Doors of Pharros, or you will have a doozy trying to get past her.

Three are also located in a wooden chest in Brume Tower after the Upper Floor bonfire. These three can then be farmed multiple times, assuming the players have bonfire ascetics in hand. One of the corpses located in the area populated by pesky Sanctum Soldiers and Archers has three Twinkling Titanites. It can be a risky venture, but it's worth it anyway with the high rewards, plus the fact that traversing through the area is part of the progression for the DLC's main quest. The corpse with a glowing light shouldn't be hard to miss.
Speaking of corpses containing Twinkling Titanites, Dragon's Sanctum has them in spades. After progressing through the Sanctum City, players should find themselves in Dragon's Sanctum with an area populated by Drakeblood Knights.
They're easy enough to deal with, and, after defeating the last set of them in Dragon's Sanctum, players ought to look for two corpses nearby in that area. Each one contains three Twinkling Titanites for a whopping total of six in just one looting run. As it turns out, Dragon's Sanctum is a goldmine of Twinkling Titanite, and, this time, it's a potential unlimited farming spot for those precious upgrade materials. There's a wooden chest that contains three Twinkling Titanites and a bonfire ascetic—assuming the game version is not Scholar of the First Sin.
This is practically an unlimited amount of ascetics and Twinkling Titanites. This wooden chest can be accessed once players have gone past the circle mechanism after the trap room in Dragon's Sanctum. In the hallway after that circle mechanism, there's a room to the left after players jump over the trap hole in the floor. There will be some trap stairs leading downward in this room, avoid it carefully, and the said wooden chest can be found at the bottom of the stairs.
