Elway doesn't need to blow smoke up Tebow's rear end, but what's wrong with supporting him openly for once? We know Tebow isn't going to rest on his laurels. Heck, Elway and Fox's decision to go with Kyle Orton for as long as they did is arguably the biggest mistake of the year.
Tim Tebow isn't the only one facing a learning curve with a new job in Denver. Elway would be wise to realize his current quarterback and organization is stronger with the two of them together than it is with Tebow going it alone. Enjoy our content? I fully support them using their platform and influence in a positive way to bring a change. I know that the players, our team, and the league can be so much more than that.
We can all be part of the solution. I also understand that my voice needs to be part of this conversation, too. I am not going to stay on the sidelines. Everyone has a responsibility to help those who are hurting. So why all the hate? Tags: None. Bronco Texan. Comment Post Cancel. Normally when a fan "hates" an individual player it's because: 1 they are a jerk such as TO or Barry Bonds 2 that player did well against their team such as us with Payton Manning those two straight years or 3 the player played for their team's rival such as anyone who has ever put on the Silver and Black.
My suspicion is that the vast majority of Elway "haters" fall into one of the two latter categories. Anybody Michael Irvin hates has got to have something going for him! Well i hated the guy when he was on the field, but i don't see how people can hate him off the field. Maybe they were oldschool browns fans?
Best of luck, TT! Always a class act - in any uniform. Pure jealousy Elway probably destroyed their teams, countless times. Alot of times it's just jealousy. If he were their QB, they would think and say different. Hate is a strong word. I hate terrorism and violence. I Sup port ou r Troops!
